Co-founder, Consulting Architect

A seasoned  and licensed architect. Obtained his degree in Architecture at University of Santo Tomas in 1969. 
He has worked in some of the most prestigious architectural design firms, known for design innovations, Leandro V. Locsin Partners and Wong Tung & Partners. He worked in Saudi Arabia and Hongkong before co-founding then the Villarosa Ricafranca & Partners where he successfully executed numerous architectural projects.

AR. ENALD S. RICAFRANCA

Co-founder, Principal Architect

A licensed architect and master plumber. Earned his degree in architecture from National University in 2002.
He has extensive experiences with various mega projects having worked in major construction, architectural and interior design companies in the Philippines, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
